Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Daniele Grassi, whose passion for technology and finance led him to study Software Engineering, founded a software company for SMEs before graduating. His entrepreneurial journey and interest in AI culminated in the creation of Axyon AI, spun off from his initial venture to focus on the unique challenges of financial markets data. With over 15 years of experience in IT, finance, and AI, Grassi now leads Axyon AI, aiming to revolutionize investment management through a science-backed, automated approach. His dedication extends beyond his professional achievements to a continuous quest for knowledge in AI, FinTech, and personal development.

Mr. Sachin Gupta

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As the Chief Technology Officer at our company, Mr. Sachin Gupta has been instrumental in transforming the use of AI in financial services. His academic background is a testament to his unwavering pursuit of excellence. Sachin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and graduated with honors from both the University of Warwick and Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in Complex Systems Science. At CYBER TECHNOLOGY INC, Sachin’s extensive technical expertise and visionary approach seamlessly bridge academia and industry, merging technological innovation with practical application, and turning ideas into tangible realities.

Kamlesh Rana

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Kamlesh Rana brings a rich educational background and diverse professional experience to the table. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, where he was an academic scholarship recipient. His career spans both technology and finance, having held positions at leading companies like Apple, Cisco, and Yahoo!, and in investment banking, where he successfully closed over 45 deals with media and technology firms, amounting to more than $25 billion. Additionally, Kamlesh has shared his expertise through guest lectures at prestigious institutions such as New York University (Stern School of Management), SDA Bocconi, and Università Cattolica.
